Jazzercise Corporate Web site
Jazzercise is a DANCE workout EXERCISE PROGRAM which helps keep us healthy & fit. It includes CARDIO, STRENGTH & STRETCH.
Jazzercie is a fusion of the latest dance moves combined with techniques from kick-box, pilates and yoga. It is a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT for ALL FITNESS LEVELS, SHAPES and SIZES. Our students represent a variety of AGE groups.
Class is ONE hour long set to the latest music and proven to be FUN & MOTIVATING. The most difficult part of Jazzercise is GETTING TO CLASS. After class begins, we forget that we are exercising.
PLEASE arrive 20 minutes before your FIRST CLASS and introduce yourself to one of our CLASS MANAGERS. You will need supportive sneakers and workout attire. PLEASE bring to class WATER, MAT/TOWEL, & WEIGHTS, 2-5lbs (OPTIONAL).
